some things have changed in the way we do business.
Introduction of an e-menu that can be viewed on your own phones
Disposable menus are also available
Upon seating, all guests are encouraged to wash their hands or use the hand sanitiser provided
Our staff are regularly washing their hands with anti-microbial hand wash. The same hand wash is available for our customers to use to wash their hands in our guest bathrooms.
Chairs and tables are sanitised with hospital grade sanitiser between each seating
High contact areas such as door handles, balustrades, EFTPOS machines, iPad’s and phones are regularly cleaned with disinfectant and sanitised
When you collect food for takeaway, we will place the food on a table or tray for you to pick up, rather than directly handing it to you maintaining highest standards of hygiene
About the Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware
For both front and back of house, Dishwasher Systems. It is hospital grade cleaning, with very high wash temperatures. It got its own water treatment system with water softening, demineralisation and reverse osmosis.
We never ever hand polish any of our glassware. Less human contact, more clean.
A quick rinse before moving racks of plates into the dishwasher, and then the machine works its magic. We ensure that our plates are sanitised and sparkling clean (and not wiped dry by a grummy towel stored in a corner.)
Cutlery is pre-soaked with detergents, then washed at 93 degrees, then sorted, then washed again at 93 degrees and dried inside the machine. This means squeaky clean knives and forks which are not touched by human hands.
Why are we telling you all you all this? Because we want you feel safe and confident to visit us.
We are ready to welcome you for a remarkably safe visit, where caution is the new norm.
We are taking the situation very seriously and it means we are taking every possible precaution to ensure the safety and well being of our guests and team.
We want to take this opportunity to assure you of our high standards of hygiene and cleaning already in place. Additionally, for everyone’s wellbeing, we are also sanitising the restaurant multiple times a day, added extra hours cleaning, and further to this, we have reinforced with our team the importance of monitoring their own health and if they feel unwell or are showing signs of illness, they are to remain at home.
